October RD case transferred to local INS

Hi All


One of my friend's case has been transferred to Baltimore, MD INS. He didn't change company/location/project/apt. He received Transfer notice on 07/26/02.

RD Oct/2001
ND Nov/2001
TD Jul/2002
 
No surprise

Many cases got transferred, for a reason.

On ther other hand, INS IS looking at Oct. 01 cases.
 
Another MD case?

The other case posted here a couple of days ago was also filed from MD. Are we sure we are not talking about the same person? If we are not talking about the same person, then the reference to an article posted by someone in the other October transfer case thread may be of some relevance and might gain some credibility by this post. I wonder why MD and why October?
 
It is different case, coz my friend never posts/reads this portal.

One more thing (fact), another colleague's case was also transferred same time (July) last year (in 2001), his RD was Oct 2000.

Any comments ??
 
So far, there are three Oct. cases have been transfered to Baltimore.

Can you please give the exact RD and ND - giving only the month doesn't help.

If you expect help, then you should provide details as well - that's the right spirit.

Abhay, thanks for u info.
Look like Baltimore is working on trasfer cases now! We got three cases interview scheduled so far. Is there any other people who transfered before 07/26 got interview notice ?
