October Processing Stats

All October cases approved?

Hi guys,

I don't find any new postings on this board. Are all october 2002 I-140's approved? Mine isn't.

Are you guys posting on some other board?

Come on guys, wake up, start posting and make this board lively.

This silence makes me nervous. Am I the only one left out?

Guys ,

Could anyone answer this for me ,

All that my Lawyer wants from me for my I-140 is my Current Address , My Latest I-140 and Employment verification letter . I see a lot of people getting RFE's and the BCIS requires the W2 forms also .


Am I missing something here OR does the lawyers get these documents directly from my Employer .

Any thoughts.,

FP completed in 01/2003
EAD/AP approved

Nothing on I140! :confused:

Is there a tracker for Oct filers ? If it needs
help let me know or please post latest
file so it can be updated.
 
category is EB2.

Where do you stand with your process?
Also, is there a real tracker for similar timeframe cases?

My I-140 approved on Sept 23 2003

EB3 /RIR
Conncurent filing :I- 140/I- 485
MD :Oct 1 2002
MD to all- 10/1/02
ND/PD to all- 10/23/02


EAD ,Ap Approved - 12/15/02
I-140 Approved

Applied second EAD and AP


FP Done - 12/11/02 Online status and telephine status say but still review pending).When contacted BCSIS says its FP review complete on jan 2003 .Weird any body .is smilar situation with FP ?

I saw couple people waiting for
EAD/AP renewals, anyone heard anything?
