It seems from this forum, that people who have been calling NSC as the 485 dates say Dec 2006 and Sept 2006 have not been approved get the answers that the visas are used up.
But they also get the update that visa will be available in 'October', there could be approvals. So I guess one should realx till October
With the LUD means they have decided on something and the updates will come in October... am I thinking correctly, as EB1 is current in only October
