Early FP done at Buena Park ASC on 12/1

I did my FP on 12/1 and it was a great experience. Everyone were friendly and no problem doing early FP at all. There were no other people there when we arrived at about 2pm on Saturday.

Early FP done at Van Nuys, CA

My RD 9/21/01, ND 9/28/01.
FP noitce received 11/28/01; scheduled for 12/26/01.
Went to ASC Van Nuys, got FP for self and wife on 11/30/01.
No questions asked.
Very courteous and helpful staff. Great Experience.

Just joined the thread. Mailed out on 10/10. Recieved rediepts on 11/21. Can some one pls tell me what the difference is between ND and RD. How long is the delay in San Jose area FP?? Thanks

RD/ND

RD is the time INS received your application
then it can sit in the mail room for weeks :)
ND is when INS open your application and enter your data into
system.

San Jose is slow, I am in the same boat.

seems like usausaa has got FP notice in san jose with wac-02-041
I am still waiting with wac 02-035 ????
 
Fax for FP request

I was reading on another thread that one can fax an FP request to INS after 120 days, the form is available on the web site and one need not go through the lawyer. Maybe this will be useful for San Jose FP if it pulls on too long

Nop no FP yet, infact I got the receipt notice today only. Looks like there is a long wait for San jose FP waiters.
