ND ? RD? FP? Approval ?

EB2/RIR MD 10/10 RD?

My lawyer filed my case on 10/10. So, my RD should be before the INS halted receiving mails, right? Does the 180 days count from MD or RD?

My lawyer just mailed my 485 on 10/18 (EB3). No ND/RD yet-too soon to expect though.

I am already on ciba\'s list. Waiting to see if the checks I wrote
get cashed, that could give me some more advance info even before
receiving the receipts.
