Do you remember whether your 140 was approved for Consular Processing
or was is approved for regular 485.
Someone mentioned that Some of our cases might be delayed as a result
of 140\'s beeing approved for CP and us filing 485.

I think i am pretty sure that my case was applied for regular processing. I even remember the discussion i had with my attorney where he said to me specifically that he is going to apply for regular processing and not for CP. He said its very easy for him to take care of any problems here that it was CP. Looked to be a fair arugument to me.

Is it my imagination or is late October folks are getting approved but not the early October folks

Not sure exactly what your question is. If your case is approved. It says \'This case has been approved on...\' If its not it says \'Your I485 application to adjust to permanant...has been received on THE NOTICE DATE MENTIONED on you receipt notice.
