Once the I-485 is filed, it doesn\'t matter anymore whether someone is EB1, EB2 or EB3. EB1 is not faster, everybody is in the same queue.

I haven\'t seen any Oct2000 approvals so far. There was only one baltimore transfer that got approval last month. Its ND==Oct 2000. Do we need to wait another week for some good news? I curse INS everyday.
