The BCIS IIO advised me to go BCIS Harford , CT District office WITHOUT an BCIS NOTICE . He said otheriwise I need to wait my PD becomes current in VSC .I called BCIS Harford , CT District office and they dis not give any proper answer.

Has anyone in this thread for FP done without an appoitmnet or BCIS letter .Please let me know.

Try to help you, this site just didn't let me post for several times although I logged in. Basically we had the similiar situation as yours. We (my spouse and I) have an RD of Early Oct 2002 and we didn't receive the 2nd FP notice from USCIS by mail (I don't know why. But I've seen some posts on this website talk about that USCIS just doesn't have enough manpower to check fingerprints). Finally we decided to visit Boston District Office instead of keeping waiting. Boston District Office then helped us to get 2nd FP scheduled for the next day. Also during the visit, we learned from them that the name check for both of us (which could take long time to finish) were already back to USCIS. So I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a physical visit if the district office is not too far from you. You might be surprised by what you will get from the visit. Good Luck ;)

finally!!!!

Finally approved on 09/27. Had RFE sent on 09/23. approved with in 3 days after they receive RFE.
RFE is regarding pay stubs for last 2 months
ND: 10/16/2002
2nd FP: 08/05/2004
RFE: 09/14/2004
RFE sent: 09/23/2004
Approved: 09/27/2004
 
10/15/2002 case approved

My I485 case was approved on 9/27/2004. Detail is

I485 EB2
ND: 10/15/2002
FP1: 11/24/2002
FP2: 7/20/2004
LUD: 8/24/2004
AD: 9/27/2004

It seems that EB3 cases got approval much faster than EB2 cases. My friend's I485 was filed in 7/2003. She got approved on 9/24/2004.

Finally An RFE-Oct, 2002 Case

Guys/ Gals,

Finally an RFE is issued on my case, Please see my signatures for the details on my case. and hopefully the RFE is an EZ 1 to satisfy them ;) .

I will update you all on my RFE as soon as I would revieve it. Thanks and good luck to us all.

LUD on EAD3 Changes daily!!

For most of the people over here, LUD on 485 changes...for me tho', it looks like I have a special relationship. My EAD (3rd) was approved on 20th Oct. The LUD on EAD is changing everyday since..
