did FP for 3 times: 3rd in Oct/2004
3 EAD, 3 AP

They should have given you two Green Cards (Buy one, get one free - For waiting so long)

When did you do the 3rd FP? and did you go before schedule date?

Congratulations on successfully completing a very patient and difficult journey. It's a shame on this silly organization that they took 3 years to process your I485 application.

we all deserve such a card.

I actually had been sort of indifferent of my case before my approval. I called INS for millions of times through phones and faxes, went to senators's and congressman's offices for 4 times, and called them for at least 100 times...

I had RFE asking for 3 years of pay stubs, with 3 FPs


My 3rd FP done on Oct 16/2004 (did not go earlier than scheduled), and called FBI one week later to know it was cleared on the same day. I kept calling the congressman' office till they did not answer my call....

I came to my office yesterday, while upset with Kerry's failure in the election, I was cheered up with the approval

Although I was approved, I am still with all of you who are not yet..
