Here are our generic questions to your list:

1. Check FBI, if anything pending.
-- When, How and What did you check with FBI and When, How and What was the reply from FBI.
2. Keep bugging you Senator office.
-- How often did you bug Senator.
3. Send your details to BCIS Ombudsmen office.
-- Can you give us the details how to send or contact BCIS Ombudsmen office.
4. Keep sending Faxes to VSC( I did it 5 times and receive 5 different answers).
-- How often did you send the faxes.
5. Absolutely useless calls to BCIS 800 customer service.
-- I agree, in my case since our cases were transferred from TSC to VSC, despite telling them that our cases were transferred to VSC they sent the inquires to TSC, after 30 days we get a letter from TSC that your case was transferred to VSC blah blah blah...and another waste of 30 days.

Last but not least,
Please give your complete details with dates for ex. FP1, FP2 and F3 if don't mind. Your inputs to these questions will be lot of help for the long waiters like me.
 
There was some rumors about BCIS's mistake about sending some FP3,
but I prefered to do FP3, as requested by BCIS.
