My and my husband applicationds approved yesterday,
RD October 2001( no any RFE).
No change in LUD prior approval message.
3 FP,
4 EAD, several AP

Some advises for long sufferers:

1. Check FBI, if anything pending.
2. Keep bugging you Senator office.
3. Send your details to BCIS Ombudsmen office.
4. Keep sending Faxes to VSC( I did it 5 times,
and receive 5 different answers).
5. Absolutely useless calls to BCIS 800 customer service.

I will be continue my visists here, if I could be at any help for waiters.

BCIS completed background checks December 2003,
I faxed request to FBI June 2004, got answer all cleared,
June-July 2004
contact Senator and Ombudsman, and told them FBI -> OK,
all delay is BCIS.

havn't heard of Fp3.

When was your Fp3 ?

And did you use the VSC expedite FAX number 5 times? If yes, then what was the reply ?

When you did your FP3?

My third FP was December 2003,

5 times faxed expedite requests to VSC,
all answers were different, samples:
- apologize for delay with your case,
do not have manpower.
- please call BCIS customer Service...

I used the expedite FAX once and the reply was manpower shortage.

How did you come to know BCIS cleared your background check in Dec'03 ?

When was your Fp1 and Fp2 ?

And please hang in there...I think I will have more questions for you.

I called BCIS many times ...
99% of answers were just rude and useless,
they initiate inquiries 7 times ( 3 thru TIER 1 and 4 thru TIER 2)
no one was answered :((((( for these 3 years.
But once late December 2003, one nice lady from Second TIER,
ask me to wait 5-10 min., (she told, she was going to look at another
computer for additional information) and she confirmed so there are some work at my case and background checks completed December 2003.

What phone/fax number did you use to check on the FBI name check status? I faxed them more than a month ago and still have no answer. Could you post the text and the fax no?
