Guys can we form a list of October 2000 and before filers.
We have seen few October approvals so far but still many
left unapproved?..Though this looks like common INS tactic
it would help us to keep ourselves informed about each other

Waiting patiently, RD=Sep 21, 2000; ND=Oct 19, 2000; FP=Jan 02, 2001
EAC-01-014-XXXXX. Spoke to IIO last Friday, I was told wait 30 days,
you will hear the decision.

This morning contacted my lawyer, he advise me to wait few weeks.

Last week the case was not assigned to an officer. They say 30 - 60 days of wait.

We filed our I-485 in Mar//2001.
RD=?? What this abbreviation stands for
ND=?? What this abbreviation stands for

Can anyone guess how long my wait is going to be?

RD-Receive Date is the date INS receives your file
ND-Notice date is the date INS enters your data in system
   Usually INS processes by ND
Its currently taking around 1 year from ND to complete processing
