My PD is always current, but I have not received FP. My RD is 10/7/99. EB1, China.

I think the only reason INS does not send FP to us is that we are from India or China.

Folks, Can anyone tell me the meaning of all the x numbers in EAC-00-00x-xxxx ???

So, how would EAC-00-001-5XXXX be different from EAC-00-003-5XXXX ??

your ref no is 13 digit
first three is your service senter.
next two digits are the year in which the application is filed. Remember the ins year starts in oct.
next 3digits are the number of days which are passed from oct1 till the date you filed your application.
001 mean oct1 and 030 means oct 30th. the next 5 digits are meaning less to us. except if the first digit is 5 it is a special case for all others are treated differently. INS process the applications in the order in which it is received. apps with 001 is processed earlier than apps with 030.
