Today at 6.00 P.M. checked AVM.
It says case is approved on Aug 13th for me and my wife.

RD - Sept 19,2000
ND - Oct 16,2000
FP - Dec 18,2000
No RFE,No company change.

Can you please post your RD, ND, FP and a few digits from your EAC number. My ND is also Oct 16. I know that there is no particular order in which INS approves the files.
