Hi all, I rcvd c.copy of the 485 approval notice yesterday.
RD 30/10/99,ND 12/10/99,EB2,India,PD 6/96, 2APs,2 EADs
Atlast, the wait is over,got to get it stamped.
Can somebody tell me me what we need for stamping?

Congratulations! It\'s good you didn\'t got any REF. I am analysing for what cases they are not issuing any REF. It would be kind enough if you could tell me, whether you had any change of address or job location change or any company merger after you applied I-485 or is it a single application without any dependents. You are the lucky one without any hassels.

This would be a very interesting observation. Keep us posted. Maybe following are the questions you need answers for...

1) How many job changes prior to applying for GC?
2) Catagory (EB1 or EB2 or EB3 )?
3) PD?
4) RD and ND?
4) Applicant\'s Nationality ?
5) Did the sponsoring company gone through any mergers/acquistions?
4) Any dependents included ?

PD 4/27/97
RD 9/27/99
ND 10/06/99
FP 08/30/00.

Hope to see my approval soon.
Also one more question.Did the message change (AVM)?

sorry, the correct dates are ND sep/30/99, ND oct/12/99
No company complications/job changes. I am happy with my employer.
Thx to him for his co-operation. petition was for myself and my spouse. both approved.kids are US citzns.
