Spoke to IIO on tuesday and he indicated that they received the rfe respone and it should not take more than 30 days for decision

Got approved on Thursday, so please call IIO if it is pending for a long time

Also, AVM was updated with approval message but Online status is not updated. SO call AVM

Rfe was to prove that i will not be public charge after green card approval

To prove that I had to submit Employment letter, paystubs and last year tax return

Would you kindly share with us exactly what was asked from you, ie what was the actual/words in that RFE ?

Three things were asked from you,

1, Employmrnt letter
2, Pay Stubbs ... ( for which period ? )
3, Tax Return ( period ? )

lawyer suggested to send the employment letter, Tax returns and paystubs
