I guess he just told you something randomly.

They usually do not know what they are talking about. They just try to tell you something and get you off the phone. So I am always hesitant to call them because I think it\'s not worth the waiting.

Many people with later NDs than ours got their approvals. That\'s the fact.

Why did you ask for the 2nd FP? I thought that FP is valid for 15 months. Is your FP more than 15 month old?

walk in EAD in dallas

Please guide me, what do I need to take at INC local service center to get EAD and also what is the best time & day to go there. It has been 90 days and looks like they are not going to get it done. Please advise

I checked the AVM last night and was told "Your case has been approved".

PD: Dec.1997
RD: Nov.2000
ND: Nov.2000
AD: March.11, 2002 (Per AVM)
Contacted congressman Feb.25, 2002

I have not received the approval notice yet so I don\'t know if I can trust the information I got from INS this time, because I never trusted them.

I will post a message after I receive the written approval.

Any updates from 2000 485 waiters. I hope only few of us are left..
 
Still Waiting Oct 2000

My FP expired on March 2002 Still no FP notice from INS. I called last month they said thy will send FP notice when their system trigger it. Still waiting hope I will get my notice soon. I saw lots of approvel who did their FP recently, hope if you do your FP recently we will get our approvel immediately.
