OCT/NOV 2002 Tracker

Transferred...........

My online status says today, that my case (also my wife and daugher) have been transferred to San Francisco. My wife did 2nd FP on Aug 12. I have not done it yet (even though I tried at Oakland office) because I did not get FP notice.

I wonder what could be the reason for transfer.

Last report for San Francisco (posted Aug 11) shows January 31, 2004 date for I-485. What does that mean. Is it the date they received the transfer, or notice date (it says notice date).

In my case, my wife's FP didn't come through yet even though I did my FP on Aug 13th.

I wonder whether my case also will get transferred or what.

looking at all Oct cases getting 2nd FP, i sent couple of faxes, but no response yet. seems like the guy handling my case is on loooooooong vacation.
 
Please post whether 2nd FP Notice Recd

Oct/Nov 2002 filers, please especially post whether or not you have received your 2nd Fingerprinting notice. That appears to be the decisive flag on whether a case is moving or not.

No 2nd FP notice for me either. Sent couple of faxes so far, last one on 7/28. Saw the case disappear for a few days around 8/3 only to reappear with the message of Dec 13 2002. LUD changed a couple of times after that but haven't seen the 2nd FP notice yet. LUD changes 8/18, 8/19 nothing after that.
 
got a call from immigration officer

yesterday got a massage from my home phone, the officer said it's about my fp status inqury, they will issue a fp notice within 30 to 60 days if it had not been sent to me. I faxed twice to request 2nd fingerprint in July ( or june) .
 
My lawyer sent an enquiry and got a response:
"These cases have not yet been adjudicated. The applicant will be receiving an appointment notice for a fingerprint within the next 90 days, depending on the schedule for the applicant's particular ASC."

how come some get the message as 30-60 days and mine says 90 days ?
 
I got my 2fp notice today...apparently, from somewhere CSC figured out my companies old address which never entered the records of CSC through my application and sent it to that address in July and finally ended after 1 1/2 months at my door step...weird....

Approved 3 weeks ago...

Got 2nd FP notice 1st week of aug, FP received 12th Aug.
Got Apporval notice in mail 16th of Aug.
Stamping done 27th of Aug.

Still waiting for spouse's 2nd FP tho' (same RD/ND)

What is the fax number to "demand" a 2nd FP notice? My 1st FP was done Jan 2002, no 2FP notice. I want to get 2nd FP done.

Please tell me the fax number and what to say in the fax. Thanks eternally!
