Oct-Dec 2003 I-485 Tracking

I was wondering if we could start tracking Oct-Dec 2003 I-485 cases. I am planning to add spreadsheet with details, so that we could know whats going on and they started working on fiscal year 04.

Note: For me online message is same from day 1. It says...
Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on November 03, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

:confused: Please advise my case:

EB2
Labor: ND: Feb., 02, AD: Sep.03
I-140/1-485/EAD/AP ND:12/4/03
EAD, AP, AD: June, 04
FP: 11/6/03
I-140?? :

I worked at company A, and got laid off after the 6 months of I-140/485 submission, I used my EAD to work at company B now (H1B already expeired, and will reach 6 yrs this Oct.). No any notice on my I-140 processing, and my previous atternoy is not willing to send "status inquiry" on my behalf. My primary idea is to wait the approvement, does USCIS know my job change if no notice from my side? Should I ask my current company to do anything? I am renewing my EAD now.

looks like they are working on Oct, Nov and Dec 03 cases. I see some activities for these three months.
For me big surprise too see some activity for my wifes case. I got an email saying that for my wife's (Dependent) case they issued reff. No change for my case (Primary), even though we filed together.

Her LUD changed first time after Nov 2003. For me still the same LUD of Nov 2003 and old original message. After our FP also no message changed.

Let's see what this reff is all about. My guess is it is alll about medical shot.
Most probably the RFE is because my wife was pregnant when we submitted our application and had not taken TB Skin Test or X-Ray.
Let you know the progress....

LUD changed yesterday (03/03) and today (03/04) also.

This is really depressing to see that you are still waiting. Hopefully thing will get improve on your case.
If you look at the trend, looks like at NCS working in four groups
1. for old case like your
2. for Jan-jun 03 cases
3. for jul-sep 03 case
4. recently they started working on oct-dec 03 cases.

I am sure they are working on oct-dec 03 caes as our case is from Nov 03 and LUD never changed from day one. But now LUD changed for my wife and I am sure before approving her they will look at my case. If everything is ok I should see my approval very soon (may be before responding to her reff).

ALso I see no chnage in I-485 processing dates for NCS. I am sure next month we will see huge jump in I-485 processing date.

Hang on you will see your approval very sooooooooooooooooon....

Still waiting for reff..

Do they send reff to both lawyer and me ?????? Or just to lawyer ???

Your attorney receives the RFE. He will notify you once he receives it.
I 'm in the same boat it's been 12 days since the my RFE has been issued (Feb 24th). My attorney has not received till date..

Not sure how they can touch dependent case first without touching primary...
 
Received Reff for my wife

Yesterday I received reff they issued for my wife on 3rd March. This is medical reff for missing medical shot.
RFE is because my wife was pregnant when we submitted our application and had not taken TB Skin Test or X-Ray.
Scheduled the appointment with Dr and replying reff next week. Still no activity on my case.
Let you know the progress....

how long did it take for you to receive in the mail. I mean total number of days from the time rfe was issued as per your case status online.

I'm still waiting on mine.. hope it's not lost in the mail...
 
Superchaks reff was issued on Mar 3 and my lawyer received it on March 9. She overnight me yesterday and I received it today i.e 10 March.
 
485 approved...

My 485 is approved.
Couples of things need to mention:
LUD for me never changed from day one. Even after FP nothing happen. Everything started in Nov 03.
After 1 year, 2 months i.e. On March 3 rd some activity occured. LUD changed for my wife. No activity on my case even though I was the primary applicant.
Then they issued the reff for my wife. Reff is about medical vaccination. This is medical reff for missing medical shot. This is because my wife was pregnant when we submitted our application and had not completed all vaccinations.
On saturday i.e 11 th March I received my approval notice by post. Yes by mail ..NO change in my LUD...
Today LUD changed and it's showing 10 th March.
BOTTOM LINE MINE I-485 is APPROVED.
Responded reff for my wife after completing medical vaccination.
