I found an OCT approval

Receipt Number: eac0205951945

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO ADJUST TO PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS

Current Status: ADIT Processing Completed

Using the online status check.

Anyone else is 059?
 
Thats not surprising... few Octoberites whose cases were transferred got approved in the past few weeks .

It says ND

EAC Number reflects the Notice Date..the day teh data was accpeted by the System
It has little bearing on RD...
Becasue, notice can be issued on next day of receipt or even after 3 months
 
My EAC# is 02059*****

and my ND is 12/10, but my RD is 11/15.

The above case which is approved will have same ND but may have RD anywhere from 30th Oct to 15th Nov

I guess the above case must be transferred case, or some really lucky guy

Why do you try to misue the Site ?? You have No right to enquire on the Status of any other person; People like you are a disgrace to this community.
Like my buddies patiencegc and July16 opined in another thread,
It is not even 12 hrs since the new online tracking was implemented & you Guys rape the system.
Try to respect the Purpose for which the site has been created.

I agree with viraus on the content but not on his choice of words....

I think in addition to the EAC#, the site should also ask the user to enter his/her social security number.
