My case is horrible:
EB3 india, PD 9/97 (became current in april 01)
nd/rd oct 99
fp 2/28/01
rfe recd for son\'s pictures 4/27
replied immediately next day
no change in avm
called up and talked to iio yesterday, not only have they not recd my rfe response, now i have another rfe for my application!

frustrated.....
