RD9/99, ND10/7/99, China, EB1, No FP yet. IIO said will send FP just before the approval. Other IIO said, it may be another 2 to 4 months for FP and 4 to 6 months for approval. Who knows who was right or no one was right. Guess the IIOs are similar to the AVS. They give the information programed in their brain. If the programmer made random mistakes, we get random anwsers. If the programmer forget to update the data system, we get old results.
