Get the FP notice from the lawyer. appointment 3/1. I am in NJ, will need go to newark. Any experience can be shared?

EB1, oct/7/99, China.

It is good to see VSC is doing oct/99 cases and hope the GC business will be done soon.

Could you please inform on receiving the FP notice from your lawyer if there is an option , in case you cannot go for your FP on 3/1.

I received an FP notice from my lawyer recently
ND 10/2000 Appointment 2/13 at New Rochelle,NY.
The notice states that if I cannot make it on the appointment date, I can go on any wednesday for the next 5 months. Hope this helps.
