Prority Date - 09/28/1998
Receipt Date - 10/04/1999
Notification Date - 10/13/1999
FP Date - 03/08/2001
RFE Issued by INS for Employment Letter - 06/13/2001
RFE Recieved by INS - 07/02/2001
The AVM Says that the RFE was recieved on July 2nd. Still Waiting for Approval...

The AVM still talks about the stupid RFE althought the VSC IIO has confirmed receipt. Inquiries through Senator revealed that application should be approved in the next 30-60 days.

Talked to IIOs 4 times, every time wait for 30 days, no problem on your case like that.

Since our cases are similar, can you please post what the RFE about.
MY RFE is about photos(I think they last my photos), W2s and pay checks.

My RFE is about Employment Verification Letter. I have no company name changes or mergers. It is a very straight case. I don\'t know why it is taking so long....

Was any of yours I140 apporved for CP. Mine was and I believe this is causing the delay. My details

Talked to IIO\'s 3 times. Same standard answer of " wait for 30 days".
The wait continues...........

I have been maintaining a spreadsheet of people with ND 99 @VSC (from posters here, not from immitracker) and have seen a big trend in approvals in August. I hope this trend continues!

AVM says RFE was issued on Aug 17th. Hasn\'t received yet.

My case is a very striaght forward one.
Only INS can do this kind irresponsible behaviour.
