I use Labor sub filed EB2 I140/I485/AP/EAD in VSC on 10/25/2004.

Already got EAD on 12/13/2004, and RFE on AP (stupid picture issue),

My question is:

1. How long do I have to wait to get my AP? The pictures was received on Jan 6/2005 according to USCIS website.

2. How long do I have to wait to get 140? I am desperately waiting for that as I want take advantage of AC21 rule.

Well you have to wait till April 25 to make use of the AC21 Rule.
And I am sure you will get the I140 much before that.

Are you sure I140 is so fast for EB2 in VSC?
