Same situation

Hi Guys,

I also filed in Oct 2004.

My list is as follows

Category - EB2
PD 08/03 - Labor PD (My own Labor)
140/485 - RD 10/28/2004
140/485 - LUD 11/02/2004
765 - RD 10/28/2004 - AD - 01/04/2005.

140 AD -?
485 AD -?

This is my info,

Hi Everyone..


Atlast..its my turn today...
I'm very happy to inform you all that I just received the mail that my 140 was cleared today (May 2nd 2005).

I was expecting an RFE as my company is small and I was using a substitute labor. But looks like my company is having clean records..

Thanks you guys for all the help and support.. All the very best for those who are still waiting for their approvals..

Now the wait begins for 485...
 
140 approved 10/15/2004 ND!

Guys,
My 140 got approved today!
NSC is full blast ahead but it is painful for oldtimers still waiting.
I hope NSC clears the 140 backlog soon and give atleast partial freedom with timely 140 approvals!

LUD update after 140 approval

The LUD on my approved 140 changed 15 days after the approval. I havent done anything to trigger this. Anybody see any problem here or had any similar experiences?
