Yes, I'm one of the lucky guys. But, I waited for more
than 18 months for my LC. :)

It took me almost 2 months since USCIS got my response
to the RFE. It was really tough to wait for the approval
for the last 8 weeks.

Good luck to the other guys, too.

Good for you boss! Congragulations!! Hope to see more approvals. I think you were pretty lucky with your Labor also...

Mine took 4.5 years for labor alone... still waiting in Queue.... I guess my turn will also come...

Mine has been pending for 8 weeks already since USCIS received my REF.
I am feeling like being in hell now.

I did not do any fax inquiry.

I did the second FP on 4/8 and my wife's case had the
update saying that they got the result for FP on 4/10.
Somehow, my case still had the notice about receiving
the RFE response on 3/26.

Then, sometime last week, my case also had the notice
about the FP result saying that they got it on 4/10.

That's the last time anything was changed in the case
status system.

I don't know what touch date means, since my case does
not say anything about it.

After 8 weeks of my RFE response to CSC, today I got a messege from them, " they issued 2nd RFE for my case yesterday".
I will receive it early next week.
Another headache is coming.

Anyway, please enjoy your freedom.

Congratulations on your approval. Please enjoy your freedom. I am close to your case. WAC03028 (5 days later). We both got 2nd FP on 4/7 and did on 4/8. Cong. your got your approval. However I am still couting my days.

We seem to be in the same situation. After close to 60 days since my RFE response was received by USCIS, I too am receiving a second RFE (possibly triggered by my Fax inquiry 2 days ago.) Online message changed today and I received the emails from USCIS about the RFE.

Is there an end to this anytime soon?

Hi Spirit,

My first RFE was as usual as other's like (Pay ability, W2, Tax return, Evl).
Actually I have also sent a fax inquiry last week (5-13-04). After that, my case was touched several times, from 4/13 to 5/13, 5/14, 5/18, even it did not reflect to on-line message or e-mail notice.

This morning around between 8:00 AM to 8:30AM when I was trying to send another fax since I have not got any response for the previous one, they touched my case again, then I looked at on-line message, it is saying now another RFE is being requested.

I think this time is going to be very specific questions but not obvious things like missing medical or birth certificate. If it is an obvious thing, they should have generated 2nd RFE earlier.

My frustration is almost peak now, but I can not show peak performance for my job.

I am very scared but thinking any kind of pssibility of contents of RFE.

Have you alredy received 2nd RFE?

Haven't received it yet so don't know the details. I just received the email yesterday from USCIS about it. It will come sometime next week. Knowing them it could be something as silly as address verification. So don't fret too much and spoil a wonderful weekend.
