Below EAC came on my scan today:

Receipt Number: EAC0301151602

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On June 3, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
 
The scan i have does not work anymore, since the site changed. Does anyone have a new scan file they can send me?

Please read my post carefully. This came up when i scanned a random sample of EAC's around my date.

This is not mine. (wish it were though)
