rpan mentioned in one of his earlier replies that the inquiry was initiated when the processing time had changed briefly to 12/11.

My attorney called up NSC on Oct 4th to enquire about my case.
My I-140 LUD was changed on 10/19 & 10/20 and after that nothing has happened yet.

My I-140 & I-485 dates are same as rpan.

Keeping fingers crossed.

Phone message says " system problem" .. on I-140/I-485
