Recieved email from USCIS on Dec 10 that my I-140 has been approved (no RFE).
I485 has not been updated since FP processed on 6/1/04
Concurrent Filing
1-140 rd 10/9/03
I-485 RD 10/9/03
2nd EAD and AP issued in Nov 04.
