[Oct'02]

I have seen at immigrationwatch.com that most Oct'02 cases have been approved ( Or may be most of them that reported at that site). Are there any Oct 02 cases here ? What is your status? I am starting to get worried as I have not yet got my FP notice.

I don't think they are retaliating on you.
I don't think they have the technology to retaliate. If fact I don't think they have the proper technology, processing power, or itellect to do anything right...
else they would be approving 2002 cases before 2003 or 2004...

I assume that most of 2002 Oct filers did medicals before filing 485, thats what i did. Is there any update on the validity period does anyone know please share.

Another question i have is that my son is 13 years old. Does he have to do FP.

I did my first FP on Oct05,2004 though I applied for my 3rd EAD.

Oct 2002 No FP

Called Customer Service and she checked the status and said "They are right now working on July 2002 when your turn comes you will get the fingerprint notice in the mail..."

Guess we have to wait a couple of more months...
