OCI to be applied to NY - some (stupid) questions

Hi,

I am ready to apply OCI for my wife and son..(I am stuck in name check well thats another story).
Here are the details
Myself(Indian citizen GC)
wife(USC)
son(USC)
Daughter(USC-already OCI Holder)

1. When I fill up online form..do I have to enter information about all of us? It asks for self, spouse, child1,child2. (Escpecially when my 1 child is already an OCI).and also passport details etc for me also?

2. I took 3 color photographs each for my wife and son. 2 to be affixed on the part A each of my wife and son. and 1 to be sent with the form. Is that correct?

3. so all in all I will send
for wife - 2 copies of part A and 1 copy of part B
for son - 2 copies of part A and 1 copy of part B?
Is that correct or I got it wrong?

4. I will send 2*275 i.e $550 with the application? (Can I not send the $20 because I am planning to go personally and get the OCI stamped in passport)

Since you are not applying, your wife becomes the applicant (i.e., self); spouse will be n/a, child1 will be your son, child2 will be n/a. In other words, you are nowhere in the picture, except doing the leg-work, etc. in helping your wife and son with the application process

For other questions, someone with NY experience can better answer those questions.
