OCI-SFO Requirement for the OCI for an adult Child who is born in USA

Parents both hold OCI. child is 21yrs old, born in the USA, US nationality and would like to see if the child can be eligible for the OCI.

According to Travisa, under the requirement#6
Proof of Lawful Entry:
As a Person of Indian Origin, you must show proof of lawful entry into the US. There are no exceptions. You must choose from ANY of the 5 available options below:

In my case for an application to an adult child, none of the above 5 options are applicable to me.

Thank you, I appreciated.
I thought the same way until I went to Travisa and read their instruction.
Their instructions clearly specify what they require to prove the lawful entry but they do not address the situation such as mine.

---------------- He is not child. He is 21. he is eligible for OCI as his parents were Indian Citizen in Past. He can send Copy of his US birth certificate, Copy of Parents Naturalization certificate, Copy of Parents OCI, Copy of Parents Surrender certificates, Copy of Parents canceled passport Pages.
Explain on Cover letter that XYZ was born in US and Notarized copy of his US birth certificate is attached.
