OCI + SC Family 4 Document Checklist. Correct If I am wrong? Or do I need to separate each or combined?

• Copy of Naturalization Certificate - My Self and wife
• Copy of Indian Passport - My Self, wife and child 1
• Renunciation Form - My Self, wife and child 1
• Copy of Driver’s License - - My Self and wife
• Copy of Marriage Certificate
• Two (2) copies of all the above documents
• Original Indian Passports
