Hi guys,
what documents do i need to bring with me when going to NYC for my OCI pickup.

Copy of Online Status print out and US passport. Apart from that please have your cancelled Indian PP and SC with you. If you are going to collect your spouse's OCI, have an authorization letter by him/her and carry your PP too.

Please read the thread OCI New York Tracker post #2635, 2663 and 2678. Rahul v samant, rajmandude and Ashok vihar have given their experiences. Good reporting by them.

I went to pick up OCI for my wife a month ago and they asked for cancelled Indian PP to see the cancelled stamp, printed letter that indicates that OCI is ready and US PP. I had authorization letter from my wife but they didn't even ask.
