OCI Part B questions

I am a US citizen by Naturalization and would like to know if I answered the following PART B questions correctly.

Q.16 Does the country of applicant(s) permit dual citizenship in some form or the other? If no, give specific details

I ANSWERED 'YES'. Did I answer this correctly?

Q. 22 Details of family members, who are staying in India, if any

I answered this as 'NOT APPLICABLE' since my spouse is living with me in USA and I don't have kids. Did I answer this correctly?

Q. 24 Under Signature part, I signed only once since I am the only one applying for OCI. Is this correct?

16) That is correct.
22) I remember listing details of my parents who are in India. I don't know if that is needed.
24) If you are the only one applying I don't see who else you would need to sign your application :D

Thanks kagemusha. I was not very sure of my answers even though it is not difficult. For Q 22, I am going to leave my answer as it is saying 'Not Applicable'.
