I am a US citizen applying for OCI (from PIO). I would really appreciate if someone can clarify what should I answer for OCI PART B Question 16

16. Does the country of applicant(s) permit dual citizenship in some form or the other? Yes/No
If no, give specific details

It's India that doesn't permit dual citizenship.

India does not permit dual citizenship according to Indian Constitution but Banladeshi who enter India get Ration Card with 500 Rupees then PAN card with 500 Rupees and then Voter ID Card then get Indian Passport by paying bribe of 2000 to 3000 Indian Rupees.

** Many who got OCI and are US citizen and still have India Voter ID Cards. India Voter ID Card is for Indian Citizens.Are they now going to ask $500 to cancel the Voter ID Cards of India?????
