OCI for PIO card holder

Hi Guys,
I have a few questions:
I am sending OCI applications to San Francisco Indian Consulate (via Travisa process) for myself, my wife and our two minor children.
1. My Daughter (a minor) has a PIO card.
I have included two notarized photocopies of her PIO card along with the OCI application.
Do I need to send her original PIO card right now with the OCI application or
should I send it later at the time when OCI is approved and when I send our original US Passports.
2. My wife and I became US citizens by naturalization and
we both have already renounced our Indian citizenship
and obtained surrender/ renunciation certificate from Indian Consulate, SFO.
We have included in our OCI application two notarized photocopies of my and my wife's
certificate of renunciation from Consulate of India, San Francisco.
In this case do you think we need to send our original canceled Indian passports with our OCI application?
Thanks a lot,
R. S.

Hi Guys, anybody?
The instructions mention not sending original then asking for original PIO
and also asking for notarized copy of PIO. So a bit confusing.
If anyone with recent experience can share their understanding it will be be great.
Thanks

1. Minor's PIO card would be needed with the application, along with a copy of the same. ( a friend of mine went through this exercise. I personally have not dealt with PIO cards.)
https://indiavisa.travisaoutsourcing.com/oci/display-requirements has this statement..
The PIO card must be surrendered in order to receive an OCI card, and additional fees may apply. The PIO card holder must also submit a notarized copy of the PIO card with the OCI application.

2. Original Indian Passports are not needed to process the OCI ......IF...... you have already accquired the renunciation certificate, and are enclosing a true copy of the renunciation certificate as evidence.
(Travisia Washington listed the requirement as True copies be endorsed by the Applicant with " This is a true copy of the Original. <sign> " . Pls check if that is the same requirement for SFO Travisa.)

OCI for PIO, notorized PIO card? additional pic?

Do we need to send a notarized copy of PIO card along with the original? What did you end up doing, please help.

Also, Item 3 in the instructions from TRAVISA says to send a separate photo 2x2, other than the photos in the application, did you send additional picture as well?

This is very confusing.. please help.
