My spouse already has a OCI..and now I am applying for OCI along with my son...if i choose family, it asks for spouse information..but if i just do individual it doesn't.
When choosing family, do we have to fill in spouse information, even if spouse isn't filing for OCI?
Also the last name has been changed from what its in Indian passport and the application doesn't ask for any previous names..is this a issue?
Any opinions?
