OCI eligibility

Hello,

I was an Indian citizen till 2012 and now I am an US citizen. I have OCI and Proof of Renunciation of my Indian citizenship.
My wife is US Green card holder(Indian citizen).

My daughter is US Citizen by birth(just born). Is my daughter applicable to apply for OCI card?

How long does the complete process to get OCI in hand takes(NY).
