oci - duplicate application

Hi,
following question is on cgisf website.

12. How many copies of application have to be submitted?
Application and supporting documents have to be submitted in duplicate.

I'm not quite sure what exactly it means..

If I'm applying for myself, do i need to send two copies of Part A, two copies of Part B, two copies of US passport, two copies of India passport ? In general, two set of all papers ?

Duplicate means everything in duplicate. You should be submitting two sets of the complete application along with the supporting documents.
