Hi,

I read the rules for OCI
Part A
PArt B

I have a couple of questions

In Part A where they ask Passport No do i have to enter the indian passport no or the usa passport no.

Also I dont have a PIO card.

Below PIO Card No it asks for Place of issue and there is a star which means its mandatory but i dont have one what do i enter in those fields.

Right now i am usa Citizen.

In Part B i have attach documents.

Do i have to sent my USA passport or just the copies. This question got me confused a lot.

Also can someone tell me how long does it take to finish this whole procedure and what do i get in the end do i get a sticker or what to apply on my usa passport

Try this link.It takes 3 months or so.Dont send in any original except the Indian passport.They need to cancell that and can be picked up on the day when you get stamp on American passport.

oci form problems in date of birth

the part A of the OCI form would not take date of birth...keep sending error message and cuts out the last digit of the year. I do not know what to do. problem in the software i guess...

You have to use Internet Explorer(not Firefox) to fill out the online OCI Registration form.
