OCI and US Govt secret Clearance

Does anyone have any personal experiences on whether having an OCI prevents or makes it harder for one to apply for and secure a US DOD secret clearance?

My research shows that possessing dual citizenship can definitely work against you when you apply for clearance. But as everyone knows OCI is not dual citizenship. However, it is like a permamanent residence for India. I was just wondering if others in the forum had any of their own personal experiences or of close friends/relatives in this regard.

I'm looking for an answer to this very question.

If anyone can share examples, please also mention whether the applicant had any immediate family members who were Indian citizens, and if they had any financial interests such as property or investments in India.

I picked up on these two additional points from transcripts of a clearance determination hearing if anyone is interested.

The US government does not classify the OCI as dual citizenship.The Dept of State guidelines confirm this.So i dont think it should be a problem.
