30/229 = 0.131  24/203 = 0.118

Even with double rate 0.25, the processing date would exceed 7 or 8 days biweekly.
By the end of FY2004, it cannot reach March 2002 applications.

the CSC wants to increase the approval rate up to 5% for August thru December 2002,
and 400-500 lucky guys have been already selected in the middle of March.

Now, we had better focus to make Don Neufeld keep his promise:
to significantly increase resource allocations to I-485 adjudications beginning April 2004.
His goal is to reduce the processing time for Adjustment of Status applications to 12 months or less by the end of September 2004.

I encourage all CSC I-485 applicants to join our campaign.
