Obtaining your USCIS info

Does anyone know how much information about myself I can obtain from USCIS and what are the quickest ways to do that?
I am NOT a resident but applying for adjustment of status.

Why do you need to obtain "imformation about YOURSELF" from USCIS????

What specific information about yourself are you looking for?
 
I need to retrace history dating back to 1995 and wanted to know if I could get my travel history from them, it would be a start helping me place things back in a timeline.

"Travel history"? It appears that you are looking for entry-exit information and that would be obtained from CBP rather than USCIS.

File a FOIA request with CBP.

Google for it.... to get form and instructions.
 
Thank you, that is what I meant. Started looking at their website but it is quite cryptic, hope I manage to decipher it:-)
Any idea how long they go back?
