Obtaining FP notice at ASC

Hi ciba,

I am the primary beneficiary and I have received my FP notice scheduled for 9/6/2001. My wife has not received her FP notice. I am going to try to get her FP also done the same day. I read in the postings here that one person (anaram) had gone to the oxnard ASC and did the same thing for himself. Is the I-485 receipts/EAD/Driving license enough to ask for a FP notice at the ASC ?

Hi joyboy,

You can try, but the chances of her getting a notice at
ASC are rather slim. So far, we have seen only one folk
who sucessfully obtained a notice for spouse this way.

I think you will have a better chance at local INS office.

Nevertheless, it never hurts to try. Good luck, and please
keep us posted.
