help

Hi guys
i'm so really confused. help plz. i'm currently on F-1 status.
i came here on F-1 status in 2001 and i graduated from school with MBA in 2002 and then i got my opt. while i was on opt i filed for labor certification in march 2003 and i never heard anything yet. so after my opt expired i went back to school just to maintain my status and i'm doing associates degree. now its been three years i didnt go back to india. now i have summer vacation and i wanna go to india.i visited india last time in 2002 right before my graduation and i had no problems. my question is
i have valid visa till 2006 and also valid I-20.
is there any problem for me to travel.
can i come back since i'll join school in fall.
what should be the answer to the question on I-94 about do i intent to stay in usa, should i say yes or no because of my pending labor.
would my travel effect my labor.
when i come back i want to apply for my H1.
give me any feedback or tips any body can give plz........

if you have a valid visa, and you maintained status all the time, you should have no problems.

Filing labor certification is not the same as filing an immigrant petiotion. It does not prove immigrant intent. I-94 doesn't ask any questions. An application for non-immigrant visa does, but since you have a visa already, you don't have to worry about it.

You do not have an immigrant intent.
