Obtaining Business Loan

Hi,

I have permanent resident status & interested to buy a running business ( gas station plus grocery). I have no experience of this kind of business before however, I have a close friend who can run it while I get trained.
To buy it I need business loan. I have excellent credit and can put 25% down.

I want to know where to apply for such loan?
