Obtain L2 visa from US

I have a L1B visa and when I received it I was unmarried. For not so long ago I met a girl that I want to get married to and she currently holding a student visa. Do we have to go back to our home country to get married or can we arrange everything from US? We are both from Europe but from differnet countries

SHe can do Change of status from F to L2 in the US.
But if she change to L2, she may lose eligibility to financial aid for study.
