Hi

Hi

My PD is October 2003. I filed I-485 June 11 2007 in TXSC.Now the USCIS guys backed up the date to April 10 2007. It was 24 of May 2007 as of January 15.
I think according the new policy about the name check and sweeping cases no matter the Service center date if your case has been pending form more than 180 days from FP for name check and your PD is current you should be approved untill March 30th otherwise you can call and ask about your case and if that doesn't help write to your congresman. I'll do all of the above.
I'm EB3 ROW, so thats the logic, but as we all know there is no logic in USCIS acctions so wait and see. If you see approvals in MArch on EB3 cases good if not - FRODO FAILED, USCIS HAS THE RING )))))
Thats my 2 cents.
I haven't heard any EB3 ROW case approved lately, are you?

The "processing date" is almost always meaningless.

The day you went for FP doe not necessarily coincide closely with the date your name was sent to the FBI. You would need to get an infopass to find that out.

But, yes, if your name check is pending for more than 180 days nad your PD is current (which for you means only next week, not today), then you should get your GC in march.

If you don't get it in March, because of slowness, and EB3 RoW cut-off date retrogresses in April to before your PD, you will NOT get your GC in april.

No, there doesn't seem to be any aprovals this past 3 or 4 days.
